Another popular type of post here is the Before and After post. Getting to see what the muscular Adonis used to look like is a kind of mind fuck that those of us into muscle growth and muscle men love to play with ourselves.

Same guy. My mind boggles. The after is such a gorgeous hunk of muscle. I can’t conceive that the skinny kid above is the same guy. Who knows what potential a guy has until he really starts lifting!

All three of these guys have made themselves worshipworthy. And I willingly bow down before their muscular greatness, while chanting, “grow, baby, grow!”
